What results can I expect from the therapy?
Results vary individually depending on his/her scalp and hair condition, most customers experienced results in 2-3 months time, including reduction of hair loss within first month of therapy, and noticed growth of some baby hair from the second and third month onwards.

About 20% of customers take approximately 6-8 months to see results, this is because of lifestyle factors such as stress, diet, lack of sleep or insufficient nutrients in the body delaying the process of hair growth.

How often should I come for therapy?
You should treat your hair once every 2-4 weeks depending on your hair condition.

For those with extremely oily scalp and severe hair loss problem, you should treat your hair every week for the first 3 months to benefit from the intensive herbal therapy.

Subsequently, you may treat your hair once every 2 weeks for another 3 months. Thereafter, you may follow our normal recommendation of treating your hair once every 2-4 weeks as a regular routine.

What else should I do in addition to the therapy?
It is recommended that you should also
  • Reduce the intake of fried or oily food
  • Get enough rest and sleep
  • Exercise stress control and emotional management
  • Maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle
  • Use appropriate hair care products at home to enhance the effectiveness of the therapy
Can I benefit from the therapy if I do not suffer from hair loss problems?
If you do not have hair loss problems, the therapy also helps to cover grey hair, stimulate new hair growth, control oily scalp and improve hair texture. You may simply follow our normal recommendation of doing the hair therapy once every 2-4weeks.

How do I prevent hair loss?
Hair Loss can be prevented by seeking early treatment. Precautions can also be taken to prevent hair loss.

Diet and Lifestyle
  • Your daily diet plays an important part in maintaining healthy hair as insufficient nutrients can result in hair loss problems. Food which are high in protein and vitamin B help to prevent hair loss e.g. egg, beans, chicken meat, milk and eggs, and high in Vitamin B6 & E e.g. vegetables, honey, banana, fruits and oatmeal help maintain and improve hair growth and prevent hair loss
  • Some herbal tonics for the kidney help in hair growth as kidney is indirectly related to our hair. A weak kidney results in slower hair growth, weaker and thinning hair. Once your kidney condition improves, hair will grow faster and new hair growth will be stronger
  • Our herbal hair therapy contains nutrients that will help in opening up the clogged pores, controlling oily scalp that is hindering the growth of new hair and promoting new hair growth
Hair Wash Habits
  • Choose the appropriate type of shampoo suitable for your hair and scalp condition
  • Use luke warm water to wash hair instead of hot water
  • Do not use too much shampoo, recommended usage is twenty cents coin size per wash
  • Do not use your nails to scratch the scalp, instead, use your finger to gently massage the scalp
  • Ensure you rinse away the shampoo completely to prevent leaving any residue on the scalp that may cause hair loss or block the pores
  • For women, it is advised to apply conditioner only to the ends of the hair not to the scalp, as applying conditioner to the scalp blocks the pores causing more hair loss problem
  • Try not to blow your hair using a dryer as a dryer produce hot air that cause the pores to open up again, thus exposing the clean pores to the polluted environment again
